Your cons list suggests that all urgot does late game is present his robot ******* for raping... I find urgot to be a delight late game with the proper build. Also Urgot can 1v1 90% of equally farmed chars if his full combo is up, especially if it's a carry.

Exactly what i was thinking, urgot is one of my favourite characters in LoL and this guide has so many non-existing cons that he supposedly has, even though i dominate everyone in solo mid... and i also win like 90% of all premade games!

Yeah, I liked it. If you saw me on other people's streams I always used it. This mainly hurts his laning phase which indirectly hurts his mid-late game. I think he will still be viable but less effective now. We saw what the .5 seconds off of pantheons stun nerf did to him.

Sooo, I just saw the patch preview. Was the bug a big deal? Will Urgot drop in viability?
I personally didn't know of it, but I have noticed a few cases when I fired shots at ppl way out of my range.

He is definitely getting nerfed but I'm not sure to what extent yet other than they are reducing his range of lock-on missiles.

Edit: found nothing when googling. I assume you can't tell me about anything if it's insider info, but I'd like to know if you can tell me.
I really hope they don't mess him up like Garen..

Urgots shield is more useful for sure and leveling it reduces cooldown so it does help. It really just comes down to preference since all of his skills are good. Urgot is getting nerfed next patch though so watch out!

This is probably the best explanation of why to level NCC I've seen.

Before his rework Urgot definitely had more use of NCC than the shield, but now I don't think so anymore.
I usually don't have much trouble landing E and I still think the shield is more advantageous :S
Early/mid damage is humongus, so that's rarely a problem. I find that extra defense saving me at times and sometimes the extra shield keeps it from breaking when I need the slow.
