True, but what does she bring to a team? Her kit isn't mage-y enough. In fact, her kit benefitted greatly from an assassin playstyle. I just don't know what Ahri is supposed to bring now. Yeah sure, mucho mobile but I doubt she has the damage to murder ADC's who position well in a fight now that she lost her E and DFG damage magnifications. If we want sustained damage in a mage, we can get something like Azir, if we wanna blow people up Leblanc, poke Ziggs/Xerath, etc.

I'm just unsure what she's supposed to be right now. I mean, for her range even viktor and cassiopeia seem better suited, except they lack her mobility but it doesn't seem like she'll use it effectively herself

She still has a lot of damage. Combine that with mobility and roam potential you have the ideal snowbally mid laner.

This kassadin joined champion select spamming:

"please dont feed

i dont care if bot 20-0 when top 0-5 i afk
0-2 max"

Im sure I forgot about 10-15x "please dont feed" but yeah. The ironic thing is that he gave up first blood and was 0-2 in 7 minutes. He then got triple dorans to make sure it wasnt just a 4v5 but a 4v6.
