I wonder with patch 5.5 will sejuani be really strong with buff to tanks. Shes strongest tank atm so i assume if tanks are buffer in jungle she will prob be the best one.
Next patch looks pretty big actually it buffs alot of weak junglers volibear, Xin, Zac, Naut, Trundle, Skarner, Nautilus and gragas and the dmg alot of monsters do was lowered.
Interesting how tank junglers will now have sunfire cap first item wtih +25% bonus health scaling.

And the item basically grants 450 HP right at the start, so only 50 HP less. However you loose the tenacity and CDR. I don't know if that was intended, but the item costs also 50 gold less than other jungle items.
I would say Gragas would be a strong tanky support with that changes, he has the perfect kit for agressive supporting (much cc, engage, poke) and he even has natural tankyness. Now, that he has mana again, he should fullfill that role really well.

Pre-6, Swain is very susceptible to ganks (and post-6 versus high burst champs paired with bursty junglers) and has wave control issues, making him a riskier toplane pick. He does have various good matchups against melee champs, but current meta junglers are too aggressive for him.
I think he will become stronger after patch 5.5 due to the revival of tanky junglers. He is extremely good with strong frontliners like Maokai and Amumu and these champs bring a little less burst when ganking than Vi or Jarvan, giving him a better chance to run post-6

**** load of buffs to less played junglers and top laners gonna be very interesting patch best one in a long time imo. Then there is fact of new jungle tank items and jungle doing less dmg.
Wonder if trundle will be good as top or jungle again he got big buff to sustain 8% to 20% and range on passive.

Going to go out on a limb and just say it right now; I don't think the buffs are going to change the jungle tier list all that much. Zac, Skarner, and Nautilus MIGHT be worth playing, but I'm not too certain about that yet. What I do feel fairly certain about is that Sejuani will be tier 1, and amumu will get bumped up.
