I used zac, his first clear is rather reliable (imho), and he has decent gank pressure, though maybe not as fast as Lee or Vi (but can we all just agree that Lee and Vi aren't balanced in the slightest and shouldn't be able to gank after a full jungle clear).
Zac feels like he's in an OK spot, I wouldn't say top, though. I can't be entirely sure though, I'll wait for a better player to assess him.

From what i played tank junglers are better not a huge difference i think vi is still strong and all same ones last patch. The thing is if you can get the tank junglers out of early game there just better so you dont want to buff tanks way to much other wise lee sin and champs like that will be pointless. Sej is only tank jungler i feel tier 1.
Nice buffs and changes it made the tank slow clear jungler's viable as a pocket pick type tier 2 champs.

I think Nautilus will not be more picked than before, the changes are really good but it's not like he became super strong.
