I am bad at LoL.
When my team loses, its because I wasn't good enough.
I have tons of bad habits that contribute to my rank.
If I was actually better than the other people in lower ELO, I wouldn't be in ELO.
Now if people could honestly answer the questions, I would appreciate it.
I am generally curious.
Thanks in advance to all non ****head responses.
I used to care about KDA, now I care about CS and Objectives.
Oh I'm sorry but there's actually a lot of *****ing for elo around here. But hey, if plat 1 is high enough for ya, here ya go:
1) It depends on the players. Some players die twice pre-5 minutes and start *****ing or intentionally feeding because they're used to thinking being high elo makes them kings. But, normally, people don't instantly give up.
2) Cannot say for sure, not may 50 minute games. But I'm sure it happens.
3) They do not, usually. They do, however, complain they're getting camped. And perhaps eventually start *****ing. And feeding like ****s.
4) No they are not.
Nasus isn't instantly defeated at any elo or he'd not have ~50% winrate on ranked soloqueue at diamond. Allied junglers can camp him to help him not get boned, there are still people who dunno how to properly not push and most Nasus mains know how to use E to lane freeze.
5) Not for 20 minutes, but might let for quite a while. I might let toplane suffer for dragon control and botlane kills.
6) Sometimes they do. Communication at high elo isn't amazing and sometimes people split trying to stop waves or the adc wants the wave for gold and the ones remaining where they could get a tower don't have enough pushing power, etc. This issue is more common midgame, lategame usually they get something unless super minions are screwing your base.
7) They do (me included) if they fail the reset, specially if I'm already at some disadvantage. Even at high plat/low diamond, people screw up, fail to reset and get you susceptible to ganks because the opponent freezes the lane. Not fun.
8) Not always. Warding is done better and more frequent, but it's still not as good as it should. I include myself in this.
9) Not always. People don't always understand what's happening or see the benefit of aiding their jungler in these situations. A few times, they know they will not be there in time and do anything that'll resemble helping, since they can tell your jungler is pretty much dead and if they go they'll be between a double buff jungler (if early game) and their opposing laner.
Supports are usually the most responsive to these situations.
10) It happens. You get people who ***** because they main X champ (whos' not ban worthy) and your banner goes ******* mode and bans it just because they can, and they go *****mode troll summoner spells. There's children everywhere.
I hope to have answered your questions, at least from where I stand in terms of ranked play.

There have aleady been some answers but allow me to give me my input from a high diamond/low master perspective.

1. (Partially Myth) Not after just FB, but it occasionally happens after 5 minutes into the game regardless.
2. (Reality) True, but keep in mind that the only thing that matters is RELATIVE CS and not ABSOLUTE. The only thing that matters in a long game is the difference. Chaotic games usually cause people to get less cs than they would in a passive game.
3. (Myth) Blaming the jungler happens at every Elo.
4. (Myth) Again, skill is a relative thing. Your laner may be better at bullying the Nasus, the Nasus will also be better at staying safe and farming effectively. The strength of a Nasus is not dependant on Elo.
5. (Partially Myth) Junglers frequently prioritize differently. If you can farm safely under the turret and offer no gank support, junglers WILL find other lanes to snowball and win the game that way. It also frequently happens that a lane falls so far behind that the jungler just ignores the lane and tries to win the game through other means, instead of risking dying 2v2 or even 1v2. Then again, if you offer a lot of gank support and the enemy laner is constantly overextending without any wards AND you know for sure that you can win 1v2/2v2, your jungler will (MOST LIKELY) help you out. Again, different junglers prioritize differently - a jungler cannot be everywhere so he has to set his priorities. It is true that higher Elo junglers will prioritize objectives better, but that also goes for the other jungler or laner (through warding/avoiding ganks)
6. (Mostly Reality) Again, you're oversimplifying because there are scenario's in which it is BETTER to back after an ace and get items/wards and set up for the next objective. This happens more frequently than you may imagine, because it often occurs that you have all sides pushing against you meaning you cannot push for turrets while drake is down. However, yes - people won't base for absolutely no reason after an ace.
7. (This one is debatable) Basically, there are often scenarios in which you DO NOT want to push, or when you cannot afford to get taxed. For example, if you only push it in halfway or when you break a (positive) freeze for your laner you will still get flak. Again, the game isn't as black and white as you may think it is.
8. (Myth) Top laners leaving top is a rarity at any Elo, doing this to ward is even rarer and arguably only happens in Diamond 1+ ranked team. Top does tend to get upgraded warding totem and use it for their own lane, but extending this towards the river isn't happening very frequently. Ward control is usually limited to jungle/support.
9. (Myth) Most of the time the enemy jungler only invades when they KNOW they can win out on a situation where all the laners join. Therefore, if you get invaded you usually have to give up the objective unless the enemy jungler makes a massive mistake.
10. (Mostly myth) Happens about everywhere. Most of the time people dodge in champion select though.
TLDR OF ABOVE:
Everything skill-related is relative. Yeah, your teammates will be better, but so are your enemies. Therefore there is NO NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE AT ALL, and there is no difference in player attitude (if anything, they'll be MORE arrogant) either. I've played at every rating except Challenger and from experience I can tell there is just as much frustration about teammates in Master as in Bronze.

1) People don't say "GG surrender at 20" after first blood and MEAN IT.
In low ELO games people are willing to give up before creeps spawn if someone dies to an invade.
2) ADC's never finish a 50 min game with less than 250 CS.
3) Tops dont auto blame the jungler for every death they receive while pushing into the enemy tower.
4) Nasus's are prevented from having 300 stacks in 10 mins through ganks and/or harass.
5) Junglers don't let a lane hug their tower for 20 mins and get bullied without punishing the pushing team with ganks.
6) If your team gets an ace, they will go secure at least one objective rather than recall and shop. (Objective could be a huge creep wave)
7) Laners don't freak out if after a death the jungler pushes the lane into the tower thus denying the enemy laner from an entire creep wave (or 3).
8) Tops ward the river.
9) If jungle gets invaded, your team responds by coming to secure they kill, provided there isn't a huge wave, could get a tower, or might lose a tower.
10) People don't start the game saying "I hope you lose" (or some variation) then intentionally die to the enemy team as many times as they can.
