We're relaxing gifting restrictions!

Am I missing something?[/quote] If you are hacked with RP on your account, the hacker can friend himself (or another account) and gift himself stuff before someone might be able to retrieve their account. Hence why there is a time minimum and a gift limit per day.[/quote]
