Thanks for the kind words, everyone! This really brightened my day :)
I remember being a lurker in the community almost three and a half years ago years ago. If you had told me then, that I would someday be a veteran I would've laughed. I love contributing to this community and watching it grow, and I'm so thankful for all of you who have helped me get to where I am today.

I'd like to take this moment of limelight to give you all two pieces of advice:
My first lesson is that you should look to give to your community while expecting nothing in return. It'll make it much more exciting to participate in the forums, or writing guides/threads. Any recognition you get for your work will be a pleasant surprise.

The second lesson is that you should always take an objective approach to life. With the internet masking our identity so easily, it can be easy to leave our humanity elsewhere. If someone criticizes something you say, don't take it personally. This community is fairly devoid of toxicity. If someone's comments come off as harsh and demeaning, try looking at it in a different light. Perhaps that person is just holistically sharing their opinion with you. Perhaps they're trying to prove a point in something they believe in. Anyways, try and look at their point for what it really is, instead of how the point is conflicting with some belief of yours.

Thanks for everything, MOBAfire!
~Michael
