I dont think true tanks would build that item. It's better on bruisers who need sticking power and CDR. The item was already good on Garen and Pantheon, and this change makes it even better for them, for example.

Great. Now I can't play Ryze anymore. I can't point, click, and roll my face on my keyboard like an idiot anymore........

EDIT: Also... Jayce's Q in that skin is basically Xerath's stun ball thing. Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............................
