((114+0.3*850+0.02*4000)+(0.045*4000))*7+(100+0.15*850)=4630.5
HOLY ****!!! As for Muramana, I saw that 1 use of the ability basically costs 1/2 of the manapool, so i simplified it to 3/4 of mana.

Poppy top and actually do something (unlikely)? I like how you ignore that
Ryze relies more on sustained damage, and has always worked better with some tanky items. Also, who needs boots?
