I don't like the concept, I don't like the way he looks and his voice is anything but convincing. I guess I'll be getting another runepage this time unless his gameplay ends up being amazing, but I highly doubt it.
Also, this thing was boring af to watch. **** up time and time again just to **** up again? Really? and where are the consequences? meh

I rather liked the video tbh. His voice doesn't match the character, which is seemingly some punk child abusing the laws of time, but eh, I'll let it slide if he ends up being fun to play.

I like the video too. And his personality. And the voice.
Btw, the voice is that of Zuko, if that changes anything.
^ that makes it worse ;-; The voice is good as a standalone, but when added to THAT video and such an uninspired character? ew :c
And tbh the video from a production standpoint isn't that bad, I just think the fights were choreographed way too slowly. When you're blurting about not wasting a second yet taking seconds in between movements just to pull some half***ed expression in attempt to show "emotion" just so your character doesn't look one-dimensional as **** it kinda loses the point. I expected a fast paced fight with constant rewinds just a few miliseconds back in order to dodge and things. All he did was rewind back to the position before the fight and then went at it again and again, effectively 'wasting' more time.
I might be too picky though, but I had high expectations for the next champ and this concept just pales in comparison to other, more highly anticipated, stuff such as Ao Shin for example D<

I think you're being too picky. The fight went fine based on what he was trying to explain. He said he only needs a few seconds to fix all his mistakes. Each time he rewinded, it was about 4 or five seconds after he began, got owned, and clicked the reset button again.
And yes, knowing who that voice actor is does make it more awesome to me.
I think it looks and sounds fine. Not entirely sure why so many people dislike this right out of the gate. I, for one enjoyed it more than "a Twist of Fate" and "A New Dawn" because it actually had some semblance of backstory instead of FIGHTSCENE FIGHTSCENE FIGHTSCENE FIGHTSCENE. Uninspired? I think that's being a little unfair. Time reversal will be an extremely difficult thing to balance in a moba game.
Example: in Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, this system works alright because it's a single player only game where there are puzzles to solve and enemies which you need a lot of tries to attack correctly, therefore time reversal is a very much needed element.
In league, however... It can't simply just revert EVERYTHING back to where it was 10 seconds ago. Maybe something like Dota's Weaver, wherein it sends him to where he was up to 7 seconds ago with the same mana and hp that he had at the time, but cooldowns are unaffected.
tl:dr It's unfair to call the character uninspired and bland when all you have is a little 2 minute trailer to base assumptions on. I am personally intrigued to see where riot goes with this.

...Would you rather he succeeded over and over in order to reset again?
