I just want a game where champions can't deny their own creeps .... >_> <_<

In all seriousness, I love LoL because it's just appealing to the eyes while being quite balanced. At first you feel a certain hero is OP, but then next match you find out otherwise, and vice versa. Everyone's unique and useful, heck even Soraka can change the tide of a team fight if used right.

Even though the community can be rather hostile, there are people worth playing alongside and I especially adore the character models + skins. Seriously those skins Riot makes is just golden man.
Never give up on your Champion ... always keep trying.

LoL is like playing basketball during a break for me. Except that break happens around 10pm at night.

The way to find partners is to put yourself in situations where you can find people you have common ground with who you want to get to know. Finding a partner through gaming is possible (here I am in a relationship that's been going on for nearly 1.5 years because of this site, primarily), but don't get into something purely with the intent of finding someone though, that's really counterproductive. Misrepresenting yourself and what you like is never the way to facilitate a good relationship. It's really easy to tell little white lies to make yourself more attractive to the people you want to attract online, and that happens fairly often on ANY online medium.

This is true, but you can also go to search in places where others are definitely searching too. Then you can just be honest about your activities rather than lying that you are a fulltime model that likes surfing and is part of a rockband.

Finding a partner in an online video game is much more rare as the focus of the game is to play the game rather than to find a partner. That and that you will only play about 50 minutes with each player you meet online.
Change is gooooood

I'm not saying irl isn't optimal (it 100% is), I'm saying online dating, regardless of the medium, is pretty sub-optimal, period. Dating sites aren't significantly different or better than just happening to meet someone online, because there's often a lot more dishonesty there about small, seemingly insignificant things than from a person you just happened to meet and decide to be friends with.

Significantly better than meeting people in game? Hell yes. There is a huge difference between randomly finding a date in a game than finding a date in a place where everybody is actively trying to find someone else.

About the dishonesty thing; I have dated some guys via a dating site and not one time I noticed dishonesty in comparison to what they said online. So I can't say I know what you mean on that part.

My opinion here is just from watching people I know fail constantly. The people my age I know who've tried dating through online dating sites mostly seemed to have issues, specifically with people not really being totally honest about a lot of minor things (not lying outright, just misrepresenting stupid ****), for the most part. The people I know who are at least 10 years older than I am, those people seem to have mostly gotten past the immaturity that fuels lying about stupid pointless things to appear more attractive to others, so they didn't seem to have as many problems in that specific medium.

I've always thought situations where you actually get to know a person just because you can before deciding to date them lead to better relationships than ones where you only get to know someone because you want a girlfriend/boyfriend/whatever and some site said you're compatible. I've had my fair share of failed relationships, like many people, but they mostly fell apart due to entirely different reasons.
