I just want a game where champions can't deny their own creeps .... >_> <_<
In all seriousness, I love LoL because it's just appealing to the eyes while being quite balanced. At first you feel a certain hero is OP, but then next match you find out otherwise, and vice versa. Everyone's unique and useful, heck even Soraka can change the tide of a team fight if used right.
Even though the community can be rather hostile, there are people worth playing alongside and I especially adore the character models + skins. Seriously those skins Riot makes is just golden man.

LoL is like playing basketball during a break for me. Except that break happens around 10pm at night.

Also, I think the levels of immorality in this thread are astounding. You'd really throw a child off a boat for your own luggage? Wow.

Online games aren't a good medium for finding partners. I recommend dating sites or places IRL. I know, IRL actually exists!

The way to find partners is to put yourself in situations where you can find people you have common ground with who you want to get to know. Finding a partner through gaming is possible (here I am in a relationship that's been going on for nearly 1.5 years because of this site, primarily), but don't get into something purely with the intent of finding someone though, that's really counterproductive. Misrepresenting yourself and what you like is never the way to facilitate a good relationship. It's really easy to tell little white lies to make yourself more attractive to the people you want to attract online, and that happens fairly often on ANY online medium.
Finding a partner in an online video game is much more rare as the focus of the game is to play the game rather than to find a partner. That and that you will only play about 50 minutes with each player you meet online.

I'm not saying irl isn't optimal (it 100% is), I'm saying online dating, regardless of the medium, is pretty sub-optimal, period. Dating sites aren't significantly different or better than just happening to meet someone online, because there's often a lot more dishonesty there about small, seemingly insignificant things than from a person you just happened to meet and decide to be friends with.

About the dishonesty thing; I have dated some guys via a dating site and not one time I noticed dishonesty in comparison to what they said online. So I can't say I know what you mean on that part.

I've always thought situations where you actually get to know a person just because you can before deciding to date them lead to better relationships than ones where you only get to know someone because you want a girlfriend/boyfriend/whatever and some site said you're compatible. I've had my fair share of failed relationships, like many people, but they mostly fell apart due to entirely different reasons.
