That Tier 3 for ADC is disgusting. Is it really necessary to have it? (Does anyone even play them as ADC?)

Xerath support build.
Pen boots, Morellos, Deathcap, Zhonya's, Rabadons, Void Staff.
I mean he's nonexistent in low ELO and in higher ELOs the idea just seems laughably stupid.

I wonder actually if people will ever understand that broken and op are 2 different terms that mean totally different things. Like, Tryndamere is a broken champion. He has 1 ability that is too strong and that makes him unbalanceable. Does that mean he is OP? No, as he is nerfed to death. Similar things can be told about Master Yi, Poppy, Irelia, etc.

if tryndamere's innate crit and e didnt exist he'd be a garbage champ even with his ult because he'd be easier to kite than darius, and he would have 0 lane pressure. hes definitely got more than one problem ability.

But the power of his ultimate makes it that other abilities can't be really strong, which is a broken design.
