You could try the silver vs platinum custom game things if those things are still going on. At your level you won't see much of a difference between a plat and Diamond anyway, both are capable of making the average bronze player look like a monkey that's been taught to mash buttons.

Uh, I very much doubt that. When I was a Talon one trick pony in gold 1, I got my friend from bronze 5 to silver 5 in a week by spamming Draven, a champion I didn't even own on my main account at the time. I also had no idea how to play ADC. Didn't stop me from going 12/1 w/l on Draven, and a similar record on the other champion I played (think it was Trist).
Your struggles in low bronze show that you're like high bronze level at the very most.
