Short Term Goals: Silver/Gold/Platinum || Long Term Goals: Diamond/Master/Challenger
You could try the silver vs platinum custom game things if those things are still going on. At your level you won't see much of a difference between a plat and Diamond anyway, both are capable of making the average bronze player look like a monkey that's been taught to mash buttons.
