No, she's just terrible. She does no damage, she's not tanky and she has no CC. Like, literally the worst champion in the game right now. you're better off playing someone better, like Poppy.
I mean, ****, even jungle Soraka would be better. She's got CC, global presence and a way to sustain herself in ganks. I don't know why you're playing anyone else really. Honestly I think she's the best jungler right now.
Just, tiers of junglers right now, Soraka is highest tier, with Sona coming in second. Third place, Lulu/Braum. It's a pretty good tie. Keep going down that list, and you'll see Kha as like, #50 on the list. But, go down even further and you'll find Nidalee, picking up the scraps at the bottom of the list.

im pretty sure shes still a pick in the LCS because the LCS games are still a patch or two behind so her nerfs arnt in the LCS yet
