Why players cannot take criticism and start to rage immediately?

May I rephrase the question: Why do you think players cannot take criticism?

A lot of people don't want to listen to random teammates in solo queue, and some won't even listen to their friends. If you want to avoid teammates raging at you, don't talk in chat except to make calls or record timers of ultimates/summoners. It doesn't matter if you're "right" if you start an argument that frustrates one of your teammates and you can lose games off of that.
Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!

Marry me

Communication is about the sending and the receiving, both can be completely different from one person to another. If you send a message where you think: This is my opinion and I think it will increase your ability and enjoyment of the game
Someone else might think: "Well I disagree with your opinion" and responses as such.

If the other person perceives your message as negative criticism, then he will also respond in a negative way. Which makes you read it as a negative reply.
If the other person perceives your message as positive criticism, but simply disagrees but isn't good with words, the person might respond in a way that seems negative. Which makes you possibly read it as a negative reply.
Only if both the receiving ends of the communication interpretate the messages sent as positive critisism/replies, only THEN you will not be part of "raging". As league of legends mostly consists of people with a giant ego, they usually interpretate any of your criticism as negative which makes it more likely that they flame :3

So what do we learn from all this: Interpretate everything they write as positive and nothing will feel like flaming anymore! Yay!
Change is gooooood

It's the same logic as real life.

Lets say you work at a grocery store and some customer out of nowhere approached you and tells you how to do your job. Even though you're already stressed out, this guy comes along and tries to tell you how to do your job. You obviously don't know if this guy actually has work experience to back it up or if he's just some cocky customer, and you also did not ask for this advice. Who wouldn't get at least a BIT irate?

That's the same thing in League. If some guy gave you advice that you didn't ask for, why would you listen to him? You also don't know if the guy is actually credible or not.

^ this actually happens to me (I work at a grocery store) and I usually just pretend to agree and ignore them. Once a guy said that the stop sign on the street next to our parking lot was wrong and that I had to go change it (wtf) and I just said something like "oh thankso for telling me ill get right to it" and just kept doing what I was doing
Thanks to FatelBlade, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, TheNamelessBard, GrandmasterD, aviseras and koksei for the awesome signatures

Haha I work at a grocery store to fund college as well. Some people tell me stuff is ridiculously overpriced and I say the exact same thing as you do. Apparently minimum wage workers are in charge of the pricing of products now. Who would've known?

The funny thing is that since those people are stupid enough to think you can actually do something about stop signs and food pricing, they're also stupid enough to think your responses were heartfelt and honest xD
