The love interest of Lux and co-commander with garen. He focuses a little more on strategy than his friend garen but he is just as deadly.

Passive: Illuminati
Any unit directly struck by Lumos' AA or abilties will be Illuminated for 10/15/20 seconds During this time they will have a 10/25/35% chance to miss their next attack. They will also be visible on the map even within bushes for the duration. Can only be refreshed every 10 seconds per person.
***Word of power places this effect regardless of the CD***

Q - Vision Grasp
- Blind one target for 2 seconds
- While a target is blinded your crit chance goes up by 10/20/30%
- Deals 90/120/160/200/250 damage +.7AP
- CD is 13 seconds

W - Solar Favor
Passive:
- When taking no action for .5 second or more enter a recharge state
- This will increase HP or MP regen (whichever is lower % wise) by 22/44/66/88/100% until action or damage is taken
- When not recharging you will gain 1 charge per 20 seconds for a maximum of 3 charges
- If a charge is not used within 30 seconds Lumos will gain back 3% of his mana and 2% of his HP
Active:
- Rush at a taget stunning them for .5 seconds per charge used dealing 20/50/70/100/130 +1.0 AP
- CD is Charge based whenever charges are available can be used

E - Empowerment
- Supercharge sword with light for 5 seconds
- Extends your range by 50/75/100/125/150
- AD is increased by 5/10/15/20/25% of your AP
- CD 17/14/11/9/8

R - Word of Power
- Call down light from heaven
- Deals AOE damage of 100/200/300 +.2 AP and healing himself for 50% of the damage dealt
- AOE Range is 350
- CD 110/100/90 seconds

Q seems kinda OP. 2-second blind? That could completely destroy a team fight, depending on who you blind.
E is the same as Kayle's Righteous Fury (at the very least extremely similar)
W: Explain charges a little further; do they last 10 seconds or indefinitely? Is there a limit to how many charges you can have at one time? More details, please.

Q is on a large CD so i dont think itll effect teemfights that much. Teemo is a much better blinder. With this Q you maybe will be able to use it twice in a team fight. Maybe. E is similar granted but the range increase still keeps it melee(ish).

I thought i explained the charges but i didnt. I forgot to add that section. I will edit it now.
