Good guide, if you wanna play Annie once this is your to go guide but there are so many things that as of today 2-23-16 are wrong. Like the green wards in the map picture, or the upgraded wards, and the deathfire grasps. Still I think it would be useful to have everything explained on why each item works on Annie because I think some of them are not worth taking on Annie.
So what would your final build be, other than whats on this guide? Kinda playing Annie for the first time and wanna understand more about what items to build. Something about what you said "items not worth building for Annie",I was wondering what would those be exactly? Looking for more of an understanding on how to play Annie properly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Annie is nuker not tank.
I played with annie 300+ games and i can say: If you go ap, you go straight ap.
Even after nerf you have time wreck enemy team or atleast ranged carry.
Ya i totally agree, that's why i even recommend taking the mastery that deals more damage to Annie, just to do as much damage as possible. If you are peculiar about the frozen heart, i do find it sometimes is a nice finishing touch to a build that helps reduce cooldowns while providing great stats for your team.

Too many people were complaining about so i just moved it under situational items. As a last item in a build, I still find it one of the best choices.
