It does apply on hits so you should test it to be sure.[/quote]

[[Shaco]] and [[yorick]] can do 50%. It's kinda broken. And perhaps I'm mistaken, but I think that [[leblanc]]'s clone does apply on-hit effects About clones. Thanks for the clarification.[/quote]
