Why u choose spirit visage as one of the core items? Because in my opinion banshee is way more usefull. Both items gives you same amount of hp and magic resist, so all things considered, you choose additional 10% cooldown over the banshee's unique passive which gives spell shield. As I understand spirit visage passive with that increased life steal is not usefull to you. So is it worth to sacrifice speel shield for that ****py 10% CD?
The problem with Banshees is that 90% of the time the shield blocks some minor poke or other random spell and not something you really want it to. 10% CDR on the other hand means more damage, more slows and your Ultimate and Q will be up more often. So the spellshield is actually pretty bad on a tank like Sejuani, which is why I prefer the Spirit Visage.
What's about Iceborn Gauntlet?
Gives CDR ( your build has 20% only if the veil is used ) and the on hit slow and damage.
