Vayne with Nasus. I had around 1k stacks, Trinity Force, the old Last Whisper and 9x greater mark of armor penetration.
I may or may not have 1-shot somebody else during one of my Infinity Edge Nasus games.
Then there was this game against a super fed Rengar who would always ask "how much time did it take?" whenever he erased somebody. Lowest time was around .17~.19 seconds iirc

Yesterday, when we were messing around in normals, GMD one-shot the enemy ADC from 70% HP with one auto attack as AD Thresh. That was pretty funny.
