Meh, I'd rather have Ghost, Flash, Exhaust, etc. Also you don't really see Fortify too much, strangely.

It's a great spell, but the cooldown is too long for me

If you're playing a tank who really doesn't need another spell (such as shen) then I think it's fantastic to jungle with.

I'm pretty sure he means fort. Rally is kinda **** in the jungle..
