I just realized that you could take Fortify and Rally and have the easiest jungle time ever.

Cluster bombing from B-52s is very, very accurate -- the bombs always hit the ground.

Mostly on Shen. Team SK Gaming did run a Smite+Fortify Shen numerous times during the WCG world finals.

I hope you keep in mind that jungling won't go faster with Fort as it only increases dmg against minions.
