I would like to ask, why no Rageblade with your on hit builds? I do like the Frozen Mallet however as going on hit makes you want those prolonged engagements that can get a squishy Teemo killed.

This guide seems awfully incomplete. I mean yes, you have the essentials: items, runes and masteries. However that's all you have. Some explanations would be nice, especially for an off ball role like going jungle with Teemo where top/mid are his standard roles. Not saying it doesn't work, just saying you need to elaborate on your choices like how you clear the jungle, when you gank, how Teemo's objective control fares against other junglers, etc. Also with so many build options it would be nice to hear your thoughts on what you pick when as right now it's awfully confusing.

All in all, in order to truly be a guide you need to actually use some words to explain your choices and give at least some strategic/tactical insight.

It works, though I do think the on hit build uses way too much attack speed

Don't know if this is sad or not, but I just won 2 games in a row by using this guide.. It actually work. I was just doing it to do something different then usual. Oh well.. even though it was normal it worked out really well. Thanks for this guide, I guess.. Haha!
