"In depth" wasn't a joke.
Very good work, thanks a lot.
Thanks again for this guide !
first of all... nice guide love it. But i just wanted to know what do you think of the new Blade of the ruined king on vayne? I thought mybe vayne with BORK and fevor of battle is better than crit rush with warlords even with the warlords change to the charging proc etc.
All in all i just wanna ask you what do you think of vayne with BORK and fevor of battle instead of warlords because you get the lifesteal from BORK.
Greetings from me love your vayne guide. Have a nice day!
I changed the core build on the guide to a bork rush with fervor. You are correct, this build is really freaking good on Vayne right about now. Warlords is super weak on her at the moment in my opinion, just too inconsistent in lane. Bork rush has a better mid game, more lane sustain, better kiting, better tank killing, a better early game in exchange for a worse three item power spike, less burst, and slightly worse healing in team fights. The trade is worth it IMO, I'm just about done with a video on the new build so you can learn more if you sub to my YouTube, should be up in a day or two.
Thanks, hope this helps,
Constantine
You are correct, the healing is reduced for ranged champions. However, without the healing from bloodlust, Vayne loses badly to all of the ADCs in the meta right now. Furthermore, once you get two or three items, your autos will heal you for 100-200 health per attack, which is worth a ton more than slightly more damage from your 2 alternative masteries. I have 400k mastery points on Vayne, trust me, I have tested all key stones and bloodlust is by far the best =)
Have to say though, great guide really helped me out. Especially the kiting part really came in handy. Keep up the good work, and I hope you will continue uppdating the guide so it will stay relevant :)
(pardon my English, seacond language and everything)
Yes, that was the old Vayne build back in season 4 or 5 when this guide was written. All sections relating to items have been updated but you'll still find some vestigial organs lying around and what not, that being one of the examples. I try my best to keep everything as up to date as possible and only recently finally cleaned up the build. Some time soon I'll see if I can replace all the Bork's with stattik shivs and what not, but to be entirely honest it's not a priority for me at the moment.
Thanks for reading and have a good one
I just started becoming a vayne otp
Well done and keep going!

Oh **** fam the update broke my masteries! So sorry I'll fix those right now I didn't even notice.
Edit: Updated them now. Really sorry about that, Mobafire doesn't tell me when they wipe masteries like that.
I would also like to say that your runes and masteries are outdated. Take 1 lifesteal quint, 2 aspeed quints, 3aspeed marks, 6AD marks and the rest standard. Then in your masteries take natural talent over vampirism. You get more stats in almost every stage of the game.
That's just wrong. Phylol's video was making mountains out of molehills based on 1 single pro using that rune page. 99% of pros still use the standard rune page, and that's because whether you run
It's been like a week since Phylol's video revealing that "new" ADC setup to the world and it still hasn't caught on amongst professional ADC's. It's obviously just not that good, the thought process of the rune page is flawed since it operates on the logic that you need almost exactly as much lifesteal as your enemy has, and exactly as much attack speed, and exactly as much/more AD. In reality you just want the best stats you can get; in runes it's long established that AD marks and AS quints give the most relevant stats for your role, and whether you think the stats given by
This is the video he was basing his comment on.
First off, thank you for checking out the guide. I agree with you, there are definitely times that you should dive the backline. But that being said, this guide is directed toward new Vayne players. I would be uncomfortable validating a mistake that we both know inexperienced Vayne players make all too frequently in our games. My philosophy is to start them out with hard and fast rules and, as they become more comfortable with Vayne, grow to understand the nuances between diving the back line and not diving the backline.
About the runes and masteries, you are correct, they are outdated. I've been very focused on my YouTube channel recently and forgot to update them. When I get a chance I will certainly update them. Thank you for reminding me!
Once again thank you for checking out the guide and I appreciate your criticism. It really helps to keep the guide in the best condition it can be.
Fair, carry on then friend. If that's the case you should probably ignore the runes thing for your guide or add it as a side note considering those runes cost a bit more IP and most people won't know why they're using the weird runes/mastery setup.
