So I want to do some training matches. These training matches will be like Inhouses, but it's basically practice games and improvement games for EVERYONE. You'll learn some things, and I'll learn some things. So right now, I'm looking to create several teams. "What DO YOU MEAN SEVERAL TEAMS!?". Well, I'm taking in account that we have EU players, US players, Australian players, East Coast, West Coast, all over the world! What's my way to resolve this? Post your NAME and Usual time window to play/practice on any given day. Just post what time zone you are in, and I will find out what time you usually play during PST (my time). I will break down each team, and we'll find more players from here. [color=orange]Here's my Procedure on Creating This Clan[/color] Step 1)Find Players Interested In Creating A Clan. If enough, proceed to Step 2. Step 2)Seperate and break up temporary team(s) depending on time-zone. Step 3)Assign Team-Captains for each team. Step 4)Create practice Games, improving EVERYONE's skill as a group. Step 5)Once the team has gotten the feel of playing with each other, and has created a sense of trust in each other, and have adapted to each other's playstyle, played Ranked Games. Step 6)????!?!?!?!? Step 7)Profit [color=orange]Current Roster:[/color] Xaioli - US - WC - 3:30PM ->9:00PM (Almost everyday, every week, I'm available) Cavok - US - EC - All Day, Except for Nights on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. Trojan- Unknown - Unknown - Erryday, I usually play a game between 3 and 5 and between 8 and 10 on weekdays. Weekends depends on the week. Bwong(BxWong) - US - WC - 4:00 PM -> 11:00PM Almost every day of the week will I be available. wRAthoFVuLcAn - US East Coast (1PM PST) - 4:00 PM EST --> 12 AM EST most weekdays, unless I have some appointments... GMT, between 1pm and 3am Footyballs - AUS - Footyballs - Australian Eastern Standard (Daylight Savings Time) - 6pm-11pm (Mon-Fri) - Usually on a great deal on weekends. I think I have a firm grasp of game mechanics and I know quite a few roles to play, but there's certain things I know I'm not ready for. I can't fill every role/niche I'd like to, and a lot of the champions I play I'm garbage at (amumu, nunu for instance). I also only have a few runebooks (one with mpen/health regen/cdr/health, one with restrict's jungle udyr runes, one like the first book but with mana regen runes). I'd like to be able to fill all sorts of roles before I start ranked.
