Seems like decent hardware for the money. My experience working with AMD laptop CPU's is that they're relatively fast compared to Intel U-series CPU's but also consume more power -> worse battery life. Also keep in mind 1366x768 resolution is pretty poor for productivity work but will suffice if you're only using office. I recently used a similar Lenovo laptop, but with an AMD A6 and 4GB of RAM and it was good value for money if you disregarded the screen/battery life. That being said, an SSD at that price point is pretty rare.
