Shen has glowing eyes, but TF does not (my siggy doesn't count). Tf is not a servant of the law (far from it).

I am the servant of the law - Vigilantes always think they are. Kinkou enforces what they think is the law.
My gaze shall notice every flaw - Gaze was the hint in this line. Shen's title is "Eye of Twilight." His Feint ability reduces damage, which as a ninja says to me he notices the flaws in your attack, and exploits them to take less damage.
I come for you 'ere night - I don't need to recount how many poems and stories refer to death as the coming of night. Twilight is the time of day directly before night. The idea of this line was that Shen, as the "Eye of Twilight" will come to you from wherever he is to protect you in order
To onward press the fight - An extra set of hands on a gank is usually welcome, I find. The shield that keeps you alive is also quite helpful.
