I love this personally. I use it for my TANKEON, and its a beast. Man drop someone, drop this, and watch your team and minions go to work.
Or if you gonna BD something, this is great too. Large minion wave pushing a turret? Rally makes that go faster.
Long CD for a portable buff. Ill take that. It requires timing and great co ordination. And I know that there are some of you out there that have seen me drop a Rally and change the tide of a fight.
Great spell for heavy AD teams, AS teams, and it works really well with ranged champs. Oh how I love it.
