I'm getting about a 2 second load time for the Community tab but the front page is close to instant. Is that consistent with your load times as well? How sluggish are we talking?
Edit: About 4 seconds to post this comment. To be honest I'm not sure if that's abnormal or not. Maybe I'm just a patient person. :P

Thanks for the heads up FatelBlade! I've gone through and optimized a few of the queries, that should provide a noticeable speed boost. Try it now and see how it feels. It may need some additional caching but, the more caching we add the longer it'll take to update, so ideally we do as little caching as possible.
Feels much more fluid! This is the final test, if this posts well I'll leave it as is if it works, and edit if it hangs.

@ FatelBlade try posting a comment now. I found some optimization issues and cleaned the biggest ones up. There's more to do, it's far from instant, but it takes less than half the time it did before.
