Still not sure what is happening with 
Sejuani. If the E cooldown is low and the new W doesn't kill her clear too much (and it's still scaling with HP) I guess it would be fine. New traditional skin splash art looks a lot more epic by the way. Pretty salty I didn't pick her up before the rework. Clothing still makes no sense though.
I hope there aren't going to be stats about hit and missed Blitzcrank grabs. :^)
