Now, as a question, is it too bad to start Blue-Gromp-Wolfes-Raptors? I like to do that and keep 100% of my red buff for when I return from the base. Also, I play only regulars, so the leash on my Blue is much more reliable than a leash on raptors (my team mates may end up killing small chickens or tanking damage they can not heal after). Also Blue´s CDR makes it easier to keep farming as Q is up sooner.
I will have to try your runes as soon as I get the IP (I put almost everything I had on getting the champ). So far I´m with AD red and quints, flat armor yellows and flat MR blues ¿Are they viable? I can change the flat for scaling yellow and blues, but HP I would have to buy them.
¡Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!
Yeah it's weird, but if you start raptors and kill all the baby ones first, then kill the large one, you'll hit level 4 fromp gromp.
As for saving red, if you get invaded you're screwed and ganking isn't make or break with the red buff. You still have your W slow and your E to close distance (although it's not amazing). Pulls are good, but when you can SOLO the raptor camp at almost full HP then just ask your team not to leash.
I'd suggest going into the practice tool and trying to kill the raptor camp the same way I do in my video.
Runes are fine. AD is solid for your first 2-3 ganks pre transform and armour is just safer than HP. Flat vs Scaling MR also doesn't matter a whole lot.
If you really want to invest in Kayn then I would buy 9x Greater Mark of Lethality and do 14 lethality, 7 AD and your yellows/blues can stay the same. Investing several thousand IP into a single champ means if the next champ or another champ you find is fun you'll be unable to really play them because of no extra runes. Just because my rune set up is optimal, doesn't make your rune set up bad.
Thanks for the kind words about the guide!
Once again, your guide is great. I come here over and over again to review what I am doing and to look for updates. ¡Thanks a lot for your hard work on it!
