I always thought Varus was a girl, oh well, still won't beat the true MOBA Arrow Man with exposed nippless Hanzo!
Noob Zilean, Rammus and Kled trio main that loves to cause mischeif, mostly plays mid, top or support (practising Jungle). Also play Veigar, Vel'Koz, Thresh, Amumu, Fizz and Tahm Kench. I also dabble in random heroes that hit the free rotation that pique my interest.
Going mid as a support with ignite is more fun and effective than I ever imagined!

Let's retcon Varus' lore from a guy with a family to 2 gay guys becoming 1 big gay guy! Let's pour resources into making completely unnecessary but flashy **** like this that serves no actual purpose instead of investing them where it actually matters!
League lore is and always has been a joke. It's obvious that even the Riot people don't take it seriously at this point, just by looking at how much of it was retconned for no apparent reason.

To the critics concerning the effort put in into league lore:
First I don't understand why it should be a waste. There are so many people who really do like and appreciate the game also beacause of this. I know this for a fact and I would count myself to those people, obviously.
And second. Riot Games did not create League of legends only to gain money or put another game on the market, among all the other countless ones. While playing LoL they want people to learn and practice to play together being fair, nice and helping towards others. They want people to deal responsibly with each other, to be respectful. That's why you can report other players for making racist, sexist or homophobic comments.
With the implementation of lore contect, which in this case specifically includes to men having feelings for each other, they are showing, that this is ok and normal - in whichever world you live.
For me - being a gay man - this is so valuable.
How many times did I wish, as a teenager, to witness, that my sexual orientation is not something to be ashamed of, but something that is part of daily life?
In my opinion Riot Games do not only maintain a Game, which only serves the purpose of entertainment. No. In a unique way they educate people and contribute their share to making this world a better place, to helping people understand and respect each other.

You're welcome.

Not sure where exactly in my comment do I express opposition towards homosexuality, but go right ahead if you want to believe that, you probably would anyway. I'm not sure how does anything you've said in your comment relate to what was said before, it's frankly a bit sad that you felt the need to make an account just to respond to that.

I'm not sure how I should interpret that but I'm going to assume the worst. I feel offended and so should you.
I don't really understand Varus' place in the lore anymore. He used to be a Good Guy (TM), right? Now he looks more like some stray bullet (arrow, haha).

Witness the incarnation of vengeance across a music video and two comics.
But not always a land of peace.
Just as there are creatures within Ionia who seek to upset its order, so too are there those who fight to preserve it; Arrows of Protection, hunters of monsters.
Valmar and Kai are two such hunters.
But not all monsters can be defeated with bow and steel.
And not all darkness can be so easily banished by the light.
