Get flat armor seals for shen, then you can start at lizard (also, getting someone to hit lizard a few times and move him away while you hit him is good since you recieve less damage that way)
With amumu - potion after lizard? If you're starting with 5 potions on him you should have 1 for after lizard (1 for every camp is the general rule).

Start at the blue buff, and 'w'.
Use your first potion right when you receive the first hit.
Just refresh using your other healing pots as you go to the golems

Yeah, not to advertise or anything, but I've got a guide that I hope can help you out.
If you're having trouble with jungle Amumu starting at blue buff, whether it's because you get too low or it's because you get ganked too much, I recommend Type II jungle, which is discussed in my guide.

Go to the link in my sig to see how armor seals compare to dodge seals. Dodge reduces more damage below about 75 armor and junglers start with about 40-50armor. Armor is more beneficial in lategame though.

I have full rune set of 9 marks of Insight, 7 (gonna be more) seals of evasion, quints for health and MR glyps. 1 health per lvl and 1 cd red seal that I'm gonna change to Evasion seals. going 1/21/8 masteries as Shen and usually can go through all jungle if start at twin golems, but can't do it if I start at lizard as I've seen in comentaries is good way to start.
With Amumu, I go from Ancient golem to Lizard, but Twins allways kill me after Lizard :/. How can I go through all jungle with him?
P.s. yes I start with cloth armor and 5 Health potions.
