I've had continuously positive results with the first, the "Warlords Mirror". As someone who used Warlord's Bloodlust without wavering after the rework, Fleet Footwork feels similar, and even possibly better with Celerity too. Coup de Grace, Last Stand, and Cut Down are also easily interchangeable for ranked or draft depending on the match-ups.

Dark Harvest, to myself, seems like you're focusing more towards Kindred's tendency to become feast or famine, therefore I've strayed away from using it too much. Even Press the Attack feels more reliable, even though I dislike the slower speed of its playstyle.

Thanks for the guide. i have a question that I'd love to hear from anybody about but since you named your guide "Crit-Kindred" I will ask you. Why do you not have any critical chance or damage runes in your build?

The name "Crit-Kindred" comes from the the rework. Before hand, Kindred rarely stacked critical-strike to the same extent as current Kindred. The regular build would build off of Bloodrazor, and Botrk along with Kindred's old mark system to stack large amounts of on-hit percent health damage. Now, in contrast to pre-rework Kindred, they stack critical-strike and the build is typically referred to as a critical build.

Thanks so much for the explanation! My question persists: Why do I never see any guides with Critical Chance or Damage marks or other runes? Have you ever thought to use them on any champion?
