There is also sometimes a glitch in Twitch's API. When you stream another game and switch to League, sometimes the API continues to tell us you're playing the other game. We had another user with this issue, when they were switching games.
If it continues to happen, despite having everything set up right on MOBAFire, we can try to catch you when your stream is online and the issue is occurring, and look at what the Twitch API is telling us.
