So far there are no other way than CC payment, that question has already been raised several times and probably some projects for more payment options are in progress but can't say when or what it will be completed exactly.
As for a short term solution, try to find a friend / relative having a CC and willing to create an account to offer you the Prime, that could work.

Thank you for your answer Dzopilant. Still this is just not making any sense at all. Setting up PayPal as a payment method for you business takes like 5 minutes to do. There isn't much "in progress" stuff to do. I'm really disappointed. Both the owners and the users of this site just get a really big disadvantage out of this. Credit Cards are not as standard to have in Europe as they are in the US so please get your sh*t together and take that little time to set up different payment methods and earn a lot more money @Mobafire.
