Thoughts on the new Guinsoo's Rageblade

Just wondering how others feel about the changed , the possibilities it offers to different champions right now and where it fits into the builds now. :)
Champions like and will be reaching their powerspike a little later in the game, but where does the come in? Second item or third?

I don't play a lot of champions but I am just curious!

The 10% AP scaling is a huge buff for and the fast melee stacking is great on .
Full AP is probably viable now.

I still don't see a melee rageblade champion besides Jax tho.

I could imagine being great with . I'm not convinced Riot has nerfed the item sufficiently to deter it as a first item. The attack speed interaction per stack has made it easier to get maximum stats, even if the stats are less ideal.

I feel in the current state will be stronger on . The item is meant to benefit more than before by obtaining extra AD and AP through bonus scaling, which is her natural build-path. I imagine she will be a high-priority threat late game if she wasn't already.

Generally and will rush Rageblade as their first item as it gives them a HUGE powerspike. will generally take it first or second, depending on the build. I've seen Vayne grab it before, but it's not super popular.
