Double check your Prime settings by editing your profile and navigating to the Prime Settings tab. That's the only thing I can't double check myself so just make extra sure that you've successfully enabled the embedded streams there.

Other than a bug the only thing I can think of is if it's not handling your stream preview link well. Make sure you have the direct imgur link in there. I can't see the end of the link in your screenshot to know if it's a .png/.jpg or not.
If that's not the cause then we'll just have to wait for the devs to try and figure this out. Thanks for the details and for double checking.

Oh, I think I just realized what the problem might be. I'm pretty sure the stream embed only works on Full Guides and you have two builds. To qualify as a Full Guide, you need a complete cheatsheet as well as 5000 characters of body text (including BBCode).
Try and flesh out one of your builds with enough educational content to reach the 5000 character mark and qualify as a Full Guide, then see if your stream shows up.

I have Mobafire Prime and I looked at previous support tickets along with the Prime guide in regards to the Stream Embed feature for Prime members.
I currently have the "show stream in guides", "auto-play" features checked, and the stream game set to "League of Legends" as well but the stream does not show up at all on my guide.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
