He has been better, but I think Rhaast is still super strong with the right items.

What do you mean electrocute is the best option for Rhaast? Seems a bit outdated, no offense

Holy hell, this is how different the 2 rune pages are for Kayn and Rhaast now? Jeez, looks like I'll no longer be able to change the direction of my build midgame.

I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea if conqueror will be good on Rhaast. OR at least,good enough to take it over DH/Electro to gimp the pre-transform.

You 100% will still be able to go DH/Electro with secondary Precision/Sorcery if you're unsure what form you'll be wanting. It will never be a bad option.
