In fact, I think they just put 9 champions in the mix that have synergy with Jarvan's ult, or totally counter it.

fiddlesticks?
Katarina?
Urgot (maybe counter-Jarvan)?
Kassadin (he can just port out)?
Cho'gath (rupture)?
Amumu?
Nasus ( Spirit Fire)?
Teemo (trololo)?

Kass counters Jarvan hardcore, his ult is useless vs him :)
