I love the Cho's nerf. I knew he is imba for the longest time. People were complaining about malphite, I was raging about Cho xD!
Anyways, good nerfs on both zil and irelia. Also, Kass need the nerf as well. Good balance in this patch.
The nerf to Sion is very interesting. I also like the banshee change because to be honest it was too strong.

Cho's my favorite character and while I agree he was a little too good laning, that Feast nerf feels a little overboard. Come on, give it a better AP scaling than +20% if you're going to cut the base damage by 150. Make AP/tank hybrid a more attractive option.

Anivia: Rebuffed. 'Nuff said.
Caitlyn: Might be slightly better, but I wouldn't count on it.
Cho'gath: Looks like Riot is trying to shift him from a tank to a tanky AP champion (much like nunu). I'm not too happy with it, nunu fills the spot quite well and Cho'gath is a decent tank that doesn't get banned/first picked all the time like shen.
Galio: Insignificant at best. It's a buff, but it's not like Galio just jumped to FotM for this.
Gragas: A hit to his laning phase. He had a great laning phase, but I don't think he was one of the champions that really needed a nerf. They hit him hard enough with the Innervating Locket removal.
Irelia: Pretty huge nerf, her laning phase was hit really hard (which is where Irelia shines), and even though they didn't hit her best features (CC reduction, for the most part), she still got nerfed hard, mostly with movement speed, base health, and transcendent blades. Equilibrium strike has a reduced cooldown which makes its stun have more utility, but the damaged was nerfed slightly and and AP ratio nerf probably won't do a whole lot (except for the AP that trinity force gives). However, it IS a nerf, so it will affect her.
Kassadin: I'm not sure about this, a Kassadin player would have to comment on this. The force pulse was hit pretty hard, but rift walk was buffed. I'm guessing the force pulse nerf and void stone nerf outweigh the rift walk buff. I'm happy about the void stone nerf, because he changed from an anti-mage into a universal AP carry, and this nerf reflects that.
Lux: I don't know a whole lot about this either. A minor (probably insignificant) buff to her support, a nerf to her AP burst capabilities. I don't really like this - a lot of the reason I liked lux was because she had support capabilites (dwarfed by Janna and Zilean), but she had more AP burst. I considered her more of a solo queue support champion, but I guess that's going to be less of the case now.
Malphite: Sustainability nerf, yay :D His damage is nerfed quite a bit too on that one spell.
Maokai: Buffs across the board, that's a nice change.
Mordekaiser: Minor bug-fix buff. Not much more than that.
Singed: Sustainability nerf.
Sion: Significant nerf on Sion, mostly to sustainability. The shield nerf looks minor, but it stacks up with his sustainability nerfs.
Sona: Woohoo, she's awesome now :D
Zilean: HUUUGE NERF. He does a boatload less damage with his time bomb, he can harass less, and his chrono shift lost 3 seconds. Those 3 seconds can make a huge difference.
Banshee's Veil: Necessary nerf, it'll make it a tad less useful, but it's such a powerful item it'll still be bought.
General: I'm glad they changed the death timers back for later levels. Also, the exp change is nice because then being in a side lane won't totally gimp your carry.
Caitlyn: Might be slightly better, but I wouldn't count on it.

I've been playing Cho'gath alot, I don't know if he is a decent Solo laner anymore (Top lane)
You won't be able to Harrass =(, His Feast nerf doesn't bother me that much, but it's bad, it forces one of the good non auto-ban tanks to become one of the worst tanks.
