"In progress", I love playing Irelia on mid, I might help you out a bit :)
1. - I didn't really test it but think about (when you aren't going to get poked to much) and (when you are going to get poked) as well.
2.- it is ok, but is much batter- it will trigger earlier in lane all-ins, it gives more dmg early on, and you get some ad on kills/***iasts in the fight and skirmishes, it may not be permant ad, but will last througout the fight.
-Not much at all, but it might help :)

If u are really thinking about it you should know, that both of the runes are useless for Irelia. If you are don't know how to play against poke lanes, don't play melee into range. Specially in mid lane.

Just do the math. From you get 9 Attack Damage. That's not even worth. Yeah you get 50 Health in the beginning but not worth enough for me. is ok when you have . That's how you make the best use of it. Later on is meh. Maybe good when you split, but i don't think that most of the Irelia players are splitting. We are very strong in Team Fights and getting picks.

will increase your Q healing and your W. And no one plays BORK anymore. The Item is useless on Irelia. Her damage against Tanks is high enough. + Fervor from Passive are melting them down.

About Revitalize, you are right, but Bork isn't all that bad. And all that malee into ranged thing you sad, isn't that relevant as if you are playing against a poke champ, this helps you stay healty enough to all in, (tough, you are compltely right, Revitalize is much batter, thanks m8 <3)

Actually if is really good as you prob will build Bork or DD.
Tough im not sure that youmus is really good of an option, and Dusk blade is bad, if you want leath take Edge of Knight as it will give you dmg (little less), but it also gives hp that goes into sterak's, and its active is really nice. But if you are taking leath to shread some armor, don't worry about it too much, if their team has a reall big tank or 2, bork will get the job done, and squishies, they will die no matter what. (youmus might be good, and edge of is also prob good)
