Edit your guide and scroll to the bottom of the Basic Setup page. Check the box that says "Enable Prime stream autoplay" and then Save and Publish your guide. That should cause the embed to autoplay when your stream is live.

I just published a new guide, and got prime to embed my twitch stream into the guide. However, for my guide, the stream is closed by default, while I see all other streams being open.
This is what I see for my stream., while I see other streams are open like this.
I saw a post on this forum through googling that mentioned an "enable autoplay" setting, but I don't know where to find that setting. Can anyone help?
