Consider me impressed! You did a good job coding your guide and it looks really pretty :)

As far as content wise, I cannot say much since I don't play Karthus ADC but what do you think about ? I just saw some Karthus ADC players take that to help with mana. Speaking of mana, have you ever considered skipping entirely? Presence of Mind restores massive amount of mana so I found tear to be overkill in my own experience. Tear is a scaling item by nature, so skipping it allows me to get more power, sooner. Just a thought.
Also if you could work on a match-ups section, this guide would be even better! I know it takes time though.

Yeah, is definitely a good option for an earlier power spike. I usually build a lot of mana on so getting works for me. As for a matchups section, it's coming but takes a while to make. Thanks for the upvote!

I wonder tho, have you ever tried any other rune? or is the only one you have used? I've heard is supposed to be pretty good on aswell but yeah.

You should really give a try. Getting kills with is just so satisfying.

As for bringing instead of , offers better damage compared to at 0 stacks, but it's so easy to get stacks because you literally just have to press R when there are enemies below 50%. I've heard going sorcery second for manaflow band can help your laning phase, but if you're smart about how you use your , presence of mind's CD will be more useful later.
