Your masteries don't really seem too viable yes if you are jungling it works somewhat but other than that not really at all....and for the love of god add in a phantom dancer...

I use Nocturne with a similar build.

I really recommend instead of getting Madred's Bloodrazor use a Wriggle's Lantern. It can help you jungle more easily and the life steal, damage and armor are nice for all around item. You can also use the wards to prepare some ganks at early mid game.

You can sell it later for a Frozen Mallet, i know Nocturne is kinda squishy so it helps to have more hp all together with Banshee's Veil.

For damage Bloodthirster Black Cleaver
For Attack Speed Berserker's Greaves Youmuu's Ghostblade
At mid game get a Frozen Mallet after The Brutalizer.

Hope this tips help :D

Nice tips.

But, i get The Brutalizer early so i do most dmg to enemy champions ;)

and if you read the Section "Items" you will see that I recommend those items :)

Thanks :D

Can't help to ask - Why do you go Bluebuff first? Noc doesn't really need the mana nor cooldown red it gives already from level 1. Also as you said, you need some help to kill it, even. Any explanation why you went this route?

I was wondering this, as well. Starting at small golems is easier and much safer against ganks, and Nocture doesn't even need the blue buff for jungling. I guess I'll wait for him to post an explanation and the guide.

With this hero you can dodge Any ultimate but not the ongoing like those from katerina or fizzlesticks. THe shield from Nocturne kan simply block ALL !! dmg from karthus his ultimate, wich is very véry handy :D
