TK is about landing empowered Q and W to CC and although Morgana can Black Shield that doesn't prevent stacking TK's passive so he can win if he endures.
Morgana's best option is to find good R timings to hold TK down while her ADC wins, which is a very strong move, but TK has many more options with his own R.
Instead of Morgana, from the catcher role, supports like Thresh and Pyke are more threatening because Thresh can either engage or disengage well (lantern into gank is almost as strong as TK's R) and Pyke has much more CC, mobility and kill potential.
Bard can be completely powerless against heavy CC/engage while TK can actually dominate fighters and nullify engage.
TK can also do decent roams, but his kit works well in the defensive while Bard will usually want that early pressure so he can play offensively as long as possible.
For top-lane AS boost I'd favor Lethal Tempo so it isn't necessary to leave combat to refresh. It's much stronger against multiple enemies (e.g. being ganked) and TK has a decent method of activating it with Q.
You would probably want to buy an AS item anyway. From my tests DPS-wise guinsoo's > trinity > wit's, but cost-wise wit's end is 2nd or even tied with guinsoo's if facing magic damage.
There are a few problems especially against multiple targets (even 2) when people kite/cc and force TK to switch targets. Extra AS = quick stuns.
Late-game HoB is not very useful. Unreliable and ineffective on long fights.
I noticed that you're using runes on Tahm Kench that personally I wouldn't expect because they're quite aggressive instead of tanky ones. But please don't get me wrong, I'm only playing Tahm once in a while. :>
I also noticed that your synergy section is empty and you forget to rank Nami somewhere in the threat section.
Your BB Coding is somewhat off in the Spells section. The same thing happened to me. Maybe you just forgot the without the '. :)
Oh and your Late game section is really short and only says to get MR in case the enemy team has AP champs. But I'm pretty sure that you know most of these things already and are working on a fix.
So please forgive me for pointing out minorities. Your guide is still very nicely done and I like it. Thumbs up. :]
Ranking enchantresses is tough because lanes are usually slightly unfavorable, but after mid-game TK has potential to be much more active globally. Not to mention that TK 1v1's any not-brand support and most adc's. I'd consider Nami slightly easy because TK has more pressure and she doesn't buff enough her carry.
I'm still figuring out what to detail more because TK can be versatile. In the right matchup and with enough gold he can full udyr 1v5, while sometimes he's stuck on peel role (which is important ofc). Sometimes every ult is a won fight and others he can't ult for he will be instantly chain cc'ed.
As main Nami I'd probably disagree with you because she can drain TK's health quite a bit - slower than Brand - but she can be very strong if played correctly.
Yeah I've recently seen a TK who 1v1 the fed enemy carries and won. It was unbelievable - he could even dive and kill a 7/3 Draven under tower in mid game. It was pretty crazy. xD Of course the Draven underestimated him but still... x]
What can happen is getting chain CC'ed in a 1v2.
If Nami lands her Q she will then E to kite and chain into Q or R to keep TK locked. To avoid/prevent the lock TK must dodge Q or close the gap quickly with Randuin's, exhaust or flash.
If TK is in flash range, Nami usually can't prevent TK from using Hail of Blades to devour.
