Neeko is a tough cookie. I suggest Grasp with mr runes. Play to cs better than her over killing her. Wait and be patient until you have first core (liandrys). You can shred her after. (also rush merc boots over sorc to not die to her)

teemo support is good into melee support. (taric, blitz, thresh) Just don't get hooked and Q the Adc to blind in fight and pokes.

Sry for late reply. A decent jayce would just **** on teemo. but I have seen ipav, jimmy and xblotter **** on gm+ jayce. It's a "skill....." match up highly favorable to jayce.

I would say if you were playing for 1 core passively, you would beat jayce at first core.
Honestly ask jungle for help.

Darius is a fun match up because of his all in vs your poke. It's a pretty even match up unless darius brings ghost/flash. (try to bait his skills by going forward pretending to auto and backing away instead of poking him)

Quinn - tough match up . You need to dodge her skill. That's it. If you do so, you can out-trade her. If not, you lose lane.

Jayce is the hardest out of all the possible top laners.
He has always been a threat to Teemo.

Darius can be hard countered or hard memed by running Glacial and watching him ghost and flash to 40% movement speed screaming and slamming his keyboard at how annoyingly hard it is to kill you. While still dealing a hell of a lot of damage.

Quinn is very straight forward, if you get hit by her blind you lose the trade.
However, you should be using minions to block it before actually going in for exchanged, 3 levels into Q early will be good. But ultimately she will be all over the map and you will have no pressure to follow it.

Morde tends to be the go to ban for most of the high-ish or higher ELO Teemo players.
He is pretty much the mega counter due to his ULT removing your (R) viability.

So basically the only true hard to win tops are...
Jayce, Morde.

The rest is personal preference based on the players playstyle.

So currently, unless you are going against vlad/pantheon/jax/malphite. E max is more viable (consistent damage).

Most high elo teemos (diamond 2+ ) all E max from what I know.

But honestly, not a huge difference. Depends on the play style :P

scorch is good for laning phase. But most top laners scale better than teemo (jax,irelia,riven etc) so you need some scaling you need gathering storm. I believe most high elo teemos that used scorch started switch back to gathering storm as well . (mid teemo works, if you know how to mid well. I personally am not the best mid teemo tho)

It works in silver-low plat; however, when games get to higher elo people don't give you opportunity get stacks. Aery has the most consistency (although it snitches where you are hiding sometimes...)
