I found your guide today and I like especially off-meta guides because they got that kind of surprise element when for example picking Pantheon as support. :)
I like about your guide that you offer different possibilities, like going tank vs damage sustain. It's also nice that you offer many different summoner spells because I can imagine many different players will feel more comfortable with this.
I would suggest adding a match up section where you can rate rather common support and ADC picks. Like Nami should probably be a rather easy pick against Panth, while Lulu or Braum might be a bit harder. Also, a short chapter on combos would probably make a lot of sense since usual support players wouldn't all know what the best combo would be to set up some kills correctly.
But you're on a nice track. Good job so far.
